Documents relating to Kensington mortgage, 1651-1700.

Mortgages, deeds, assignments, indentures, a receipt, and a fragment of a letter, all relating to a property in Kensington belonging to Thomas Maundy, on which Milton held a mortgage from 1657 to 1665. Six of the documents deal with Milton's part in the transactions, including his assignment of the mortgage bonds to Baldwin Hamey. A series of later documents relate to the acquisition and transfer of this and other properties by Hamey's family.
